Detect and Repair Leaks

Is ofter had to tell where water is seeping through. At Seamless Surfaces we are experts at finding where the problem is coming from and put a stop to it.

If you have a large number of leaks, then we can do a full re-caulking job.

Recaulking and Sealing Joint Systems

All buildings are protected from water by sealed joints. With the passing of time the sealer deteriorates, shrinks and eventually begins to detach itself from the surface. It is always necessary to at some point do a re-caulk of all the joints. We remove the old product, prepare the area so the new sealer adheres properly to it and apply new caulking material.

The Waterproofing Process

In order to insure that our waterproofing in Orlando application is secure, will last you a long time and will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty we always remove the previous material down to the concrete using hand or push behind grinders. We grind the surface until all signs of the previous application has been removed and we ensure we have a rough profile so the new sealers grabs onto it and does not delaminate with time.

To accomplish this we need at least three days of good weather with no rain so the process in not damaged while we’re doing the repairs.
